Avenue pet parade goes to the dogs

Most of the entries were dogs. Many breeds were spotted, with numerous Italian Greyhounds. Rudy, a “tacky tourist” with a camera around his neck, sunglasses and a loud shirt, has a Web site devoted to his activities, iloverudy.com. Owner Shelly Weitz of Wellington admits to be “a little obsessed” about her iggy (shorthand for Italian greyhound).
