Event is for, by the dogs
Saturday, April 12th, 2008Other faculty members and their pets, as well as students, made up much of the crowd. A boxer sniffed cocker spaniels. An Italian greyhound huddled in its owner’s arms. Daisy, who belongs to student Allie Scherer, come in a pink tutu. Pets and humans alike enjoyed the warm, sunny weather.“I think it’s awesome,” said Mike. “The students dreamed up this fundraiser on their own, without any input from us. They just told me this is when it’s going to happen, no questions asked.”
